History of BOSCO

BOSCO, a family-owned company began its trajectory by developing rubber for automobile and household products.

We evolved to apply our expertise in the heavy engineering sector using different technologies.

We then transitioned to operate in sectors like railways, power and aerospace. We adapted from natural rubber to synthetic rubber to meet industrial sealing solutions with customised compounds.

Our in-house team extended its applications to undertake backward integration into compounding from moulding. The backward integration process led to all our applications being headquartered in a single location.

We got the opportunity and were pleased to supply high-quality sealing solutions in service to the nations defence, military and navy sectors.

Our company began dealing in exports and was accredited by Government authorities to receive quality assurance for handling complex sealing applications.

We were audited for Quality Management Systems (QMS) and received an ISO Certification.

We setup our new plant in Vasai thereby expanding our current capacity by four folds.

We developed, tested and started supplying products made from perfluoroelastomer. (FFKM)

We became pioneers in India by supplying Plasma Resistant 'O' Rings to the semiconductor industry, setting a new standard in the field.
We expanded our product line to include a wide range of coated fabrics and inflatables, including Aircel, bladders, rafts, and more, catering to diverse industries.
We achieved a significant breakthrough by developing a new composition of EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) that achieved the highest level of fire and flame retardancy, ensuring safety and reliability in critical applications.
