Hydraulic seals and pneumatic seals include piston seals, rod seals, U-cups, V-cup and flange packings.

Applications

Hydraulic applications are often strenuous in nature.

Pneumatic applications also demand higher operating speeds but need lower friction seals than hydraulic applications. They may be used for rotary and reciprocating motion. Pneumatic seals are used in pneumatic cylinders and valves.
